Facilities and Equipment
JNA Institute of Culinary Arts is located at the south end of the Avenue of the Arts, in the heart of historic South Philadelphia, and is easily accessible by all forms of public transportation. The school features two laboratory kitchens and a demonstration kitchen with commercial cooking equipment like ranges, ovens, and broilers as well as the supplies needed to simulate working restaurants. The use of these laboratory kitchens in conjunction with classroom lectures enhances the training provided by our programs. Students also have access to a library and computer room. School materials and other kitchen items are always available in the school bookstore. Additionally, students always have access to the student lounge; a large room with couches, a television, a foosball table, a study area, and an immense collection of cooking magazines.
Our facilities provide the students and faculty with a comfortable environment in which to learn and grow. Please use the following links to embark on a visual tour of these areas of our school.
