Sojourns in Tasting

The journey begins at 6:00pm. 

During the session each group will prepare a multi-course meal that highlights flavors of the region.  By approximately 9:00pm, the group will be savoring the flavor of their creations supported by a sampling of appropriate wines (participants must be over 21).
