Chef Robert Rifkin, CEC
Growing up in my family restaurant businesses led me to a natural course to get my culinary education at the Culinary Institute of America and open my own catering operation before growing into Marriott Corporation.
My twenty year career with Marriott corporation allowed me to hold positions from Sous Chef, Executive Chef, General Manager, Regional Culinary Director and National Culinary Development team member. My experience with Marriott allowed me to cross over business lines from the hotel, education and healthcare divisions.
I have also been given opportunities to chair for the Nation chef's association, Nation Restaurant association, American Culinary Federation and become an Excalibur member for the American Cancer Society. Over the past several years I have traveled the United States, engaging in the regional cuisines of our nation.
Currently a Chef Instructor at JNA Institute of Culinary Arts, I have the privilege of giving my Culinary Experiences to the next generation of Chef's.
